Approval and Shipping

We will contact you to confirm all orders that we receive by fax or mail. Please allow up to 2 to 3 weeks after receiving a confirmation from our representatives for your medication to be delivered to your home.

Our goal is to get your order processed, shipped and in your hands within 2 to 3 weeks. Occasionally, there may be some delays that are beyond our control. Click here to learn more about delays and how you can help to avoid some of them.

At this time, government regulations limit the quantity of medication we send you to a 3-month supply. If your prescription allows refills, you can order these refills from us every 3 months. You are not required to fill our questionnaire or release form to order your refills. Once the refills are exhausted, you will be required to submit a new prescription from your doctor.

We DO NOT ship controlled substances such as amphetamines, benzodiazepines (e.g. Valium), or narcotics such as codeine and morphine.

Due to the sensitive nature of prescription drugs, Manitoba Pharmaceutical Law prevents Universal Pet Meds from returning medications, therefore all sales are final.
